Admin or MOCP Portals? Which one do I use?

Knowing which Microsoft Online Services portal to access is half the battle when it comes to administering your account or adding a new user.  Hopefully this post and video will clear up any confusion.

Credentials Live ID (name@hotmail.com, name@live.com) admin@yourdomian.microsoftonline.com or first admin user you created
Pay your bill X  
Create a user   X
Convert a trial X  
Manage your domains   X
Add more licenses X  
Delete a user   X
Add administrator   X
Active OCS for chat   X
Cancel Account X  
Configure AD integration   X
