Microsoft recently upgraded the BPOS mailbox storage limit from 5GB to 25GB. While new users get the 25GB limit automatically, you need to manually upgrade your existing users to take advantage of the new limit. This short tutorial will show you how: http://www.screencast.com/t/NzM5NjEwZDEt

BPOS by Microsoft Online Services has great anti-spam and anti-junk e-mail settings.  There are a few ways to either choose to receive or block e-mail from various parties on the internet.

You may choose to either allow or block (as specific or unspecific as you would like to configure)

1. A specific e-mail addresss (someone@domail.com)

2. All e-mail from an IP address (mail server 10.1.1.25)

3. All e-mail from a domain name (gmail.com)

With these settings you can mix and match the right level of scrutiny for your inbound mail.  The Safe Senders and Block Senders list are of great benefit to Microsoft Online Services Customers.  I highly recommend that everyone using BPOS configure their Safe Senders and Blocked Senders lists as needed!

Watch the video below to learn more about configuring these BPOS settings.
